Krueger, Deputy
Deputy Leland Krueger began his law enforcement career in March of 1999 at the Denton County Sheriffs Department. He had several assignments while at Sheriffs Department. He later worked at Denton County Constable Precinct 6 as a Deputy Constable before coming here.
In 1994, he received an Associate Degree from Richland College. He graduated from the University of North Texas 1998 with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. He attended the Collin County Law Enforcement Academy in 1998. He holds a Master Peace Officer Certification with numerous certificates from attending over 1300 plus hours of law enforcement training/schools. Deputy Krueger is a certified as a Texas Mental Health Peace Officer. Leland also was a high school biology teacher for a short time.
Deputy Krueger has been married to Larissa since 1999 and has three children, Megan, Zachary, and Emily. He enjoys hunting and spending time with his family.
