B) Approval of an Order finding that (1) excess funds in the amount of $369,551 from interest earnings are available, in the 2005 Road Bond Fund; (2) the excess funds are not needed to fund any of the projects originally listed in the bond documentation; and (3) that excess funds in the amount of $369,551 are to be allocated to the ITS transportation enhancement contract for the 2008 fiscal year.

A) Approval of a Letter of Agreement between CoServ Electric and Denton County, Texas, for traffic signal at the intersection of FM 423 and Del Webb Boulevard, located in the City of Frisco and Commissioner Precinct #1, at a cost of $34,635.35, with funding to come from Commissioner Precinct 2 TRIP-04 Funds, and any appropriate action.
