16. ADDENDA

A) Approve Denton County Refunding Bonds with a Minimum Net Present Value Savings of 3% with the Authorization to Expire on June 30, 2008, and any appropriate action. Auditor

B) Approval of specifications and authority to advertise for Tactical Surveillance Robot, Bid #11-07-1865, and any appropriate action. Purchasing

C) Approval of an order setting a date and time to conduct a Public Hearing to consider action to abandon a portion of Kelso Road located in an unincorporated area of Denton County Commissioner Precinct #1, with the Public Hearing to be held on December 4, 2007, at 9:10 a.m., before the Denton County Commissioners Court, and any appropriate action. DA/Civil
