16. ADDENDA

A) Approval of the Contract between Denton County, Texas, and American Civil Constructors, Inc., in the amount of $33,900.00, for the Smiley road Bridge Deck Replacement Project with funds to come from Road &n Bridge East Line Item #20-5220-85-10 (Contract Labor Bridge Construction) located in Commissioner Precinct #1, and any appropriate action. DA/Civil

B) Approval of a resolution supporting National Make A Difference Day In Denton County, Texas, October 27, 2007, and any appropriate action. Commissioner Precinct #4

C) Approval of the Denton County Tax Abatement Policy to be adopted effective October 1, 2007 – September 30, 2009 (FY 2008-FY 2009), and any appropriate action. DA/Civil
