A) Approve Award of Bid, exempted from formal bidding on September 25, 2007, for the Smiley Road Bridge Deck Replacement, to American Civil Constructors, Inc. for $33,900, and any appropriate action. Purchasing

B) Approval of revised Attachment A (and related quotes) for Lease Purchasing Schedule No. 655 and Lease Purchasing Schedule No. 856 between Denton County, Texas and Dell Marketing, L.P., and any appropriate action. Information Services

C) Approve vendor rates for the Denton County Benefit Plan for 2008, and any appropriate action, Human Resources

D) Approval of the 2007-2008 Social Service Agreement between Denton County and Ann’s Haven VNA, and any appropriate action. DA/Civil

E) Approval of the Library Service Agreement between Denton County, Texas and the Krum Public Library (City of Krum), and any appropriate action. DA/Civil

F) Approval or Renewal No. 2 of the Software Maintenance Agreement between Denton County, Texas, and Northeast Texas Data Corporation (Net Data), and any appropriate action. DA/Civil

G) Approval of an Interlocal Cooperation Agreement between Denton County, Texas, and the City of Aubrey, Texas, for the purpose of right-of-way acquisition for the improvement and realignment of F.M. 428, with Denton County contributing $35,000.00 directly to the City of Aubrey, with funding to come from the Transportation Road Improvement Program-2004 (TRIP-04), Precinct #1 Discretionary Funds, Commissioner Precinct #1, and any appropriate action. I) Approval of granting a Temporary Access Agreement to 7-Eleven, Inc., for performance of an environmental assessment and installation of monitoring wells on real property located between Mill Street and HS 121 Business in the City of Lewisville, Denton County, Texas, and further described as 0.2088 acres in the J.W. King Survey, Abstract 695, Commissioner Precinct #1, and any appropriate action. DA/Civil

J) Approval of the Pricing Schedule and Customer Certification for the AT&T Service Agreement/Sanger, between Denton County, Texas, and SBC Global Services, Inc. d/b/a AT&T Global Services. The Schedule and Agreement are to lease network services called GigaMAN, for the Denton County Government Center in Sanger, Texas, and any appropriate action. DA/Civil

K) Approve any appropriate action on the following: (1) A variance request from the County required 1 acre minimum lot size and the required 60 feet minimum lot width to a minimum lot size of 5,500 square feet and a minimum lot width of 55 feet, (2) A variance request from the County required 30 minimum front set back line of 30 feet to a minimum 20 foot from set back line, (3) a variance request from the minimum 60 foot right-of-way dedication to a minimum 50 foot right-of-way dedication, and (4) Approval of the preliminary plat of the Brookfield Subdivision, Precinct 4, and any appropriate action.
