C) Approve Sheriff’s Office Grant Application to CoServ Charitable Foundation for Observation/Night Vision Equipment, and any appropriate action.
D) Approve Grant Acceptance for the STEP Grant with the Texas Department of Transportation for Speed Enforcement and any appropriate action.

C) Approval of Addendum #2 to the Contract between Denton County, Texas, and Bucher, Willis & Ratliff Corporation for the F.M. 407 Reconstruction and Widening Project consisting of construction phase services from Rayzor Road to Lantana Trail in the amount of $592,819.00, for a total contract amount of $1,878,804.00, with funding to come from funds for F.M. 407, Auditor #70-7424-90-10, located in Commissioner Precinct #4, and any appropriate action.
D) Approval of granting a Right-of-Entry from Denton County, Texas, to Huitt-Zollars, Inc., for the purpose of entering upon property partially owned by Denton County, Texas, and described as 3.6100 acres in the E. Puchalski Survey, Abstract 996, in Denton County, Texas (commonly known as the National Guard Armory located along IH-35E in the City of Denton), located in Commissioner Precinct #4, and any appropriate action.
E) Approval of Easement for Underground Facilities to The Colony Government Center, between Denton County, Texas, and Southwestern Bell Telephone, L.P., a Texas Limited Partnership d/b/a AT&T Texas for The Colony Government Center, located in Commissioner Precinct #2, and any appropriate action.
F) Approval of the Chapter 381 Economic Development Program Agreement between Denton County, Texas, and PBC 6 SPE, LTD, on property located in Carrollton. Denton County, Texas, Precinct 2, to be developed and improved for use by BeautiControl, and any appropriate action.
G) Approval of the 2007-2008 Social Service Agreements between Denton County and (a) Family Resource Center of North Texas, and (b) Denton County MHMR Center, and any appropriate action.
