C) Approve the Agreement between the City of Denton and Denton County, Texas Providing for Payment and Use of Hotel Tax Funds for the Courthouse-on-the-Square Museum, the Bayless-Selby House Museum, and the Denton County African American Museum for $106,550, and any appropriate action. CHOS Museum

14. LEGAL

A) Any appropriate action on Executive Session matters - Legal Department.

B) Approval of: (1) the Contract for Purchase of Right-of-Way (Parcel 32) between Denton County and Encore Realty Company, L.C. for the purchase of real property for FM 1171 Project; (2) grant authorization to proceed with the closing and approval for the County Judge to sign all necessary closing documents to purchase the Right-of-Way from Encore Realty Company, L.C.; and (3) direct the County Auditor to issue a warrant in the amount of the purchase price, plus any fees, for the purchase of the real property from Encore Realty Company, L.C., with funding to come form the FM 1171 Project, Auditor #70-7360-90-20, located in Commissioner Precinct #3, and any appropriate action.
