D) Approve ratifying that the adoption of the 2007-2008 Denton County Budget will raise more total property taxes that last year’s budget by $14,218,031, and of that amount $5,016,467 is tax revenue that will be raised from new property added to the tax roll this year with the total tax rate of $0.23589 per $100 of taxable value, and any appropriate action. * B) Approve the creation of a juvenile case manager fee of $2.50 authorized by Article 102.0174 of the Code of Criminal Procedure effective 10-01-07 and also authorize the judge or justice to waive the fee required by Subsection (b) or (c) in a case of financial hardship and any appropriate action. B) Approval of the rider increasing penalty of Bond for all Statutory Probate Court Judges including Denton County Probate Judge Donald Ray Windle, in accordance with H.B. No. 2967, and Section 25.00231 of the Texas Government Code, and any appropriate action.
C) Approval of the Local Project Advanced Funding Agreement (LPAFA) between Denton County, Texas, and the State of Texas, acting through the Texas Department of Transportation for Right-of-Way for the FM 2499, Section 4 Project from FM 407 to FM 2181 (ROW CSJ 2681-01-017) located in Commissioner Precinct #1 and Commissioner Precinct #3, and any appropriate action.
D) Approval of (1) the Contract for Purchase of Right-of-Way (Parcels 38 & 38E) between Denton County and Janet E. Bunn for the purchase of real property for the FM 1171 Project; (2) grant authorization to proceed with the closing and approval for the County Judge to sign all necessary closing documents to purchase the Right-of-Way from Janet F. Bunn; and (3) direct the County Auditor to issue a warrant in the amount of the purchase price, plus any fees, for the purchase of the real property from Janet F. Bunn, with funding to come from FM 1171 Project, Auditor #70-7360-90-20, located in Commissioner Precinct #3, and any appropriate action.
E) Approval of (1) the Contract for Purchase of Right-of-Way (Parcel 2) between Denton County and Bob Smith Management Company, Ltd. for the purchase of real property for the FM 1171 Project; (2) grant authorization to proceed with the closing and approval for the County Judge to sign all necessary closing documents to purchase the Right-of-Way from Bob Smith Management Company, Ltd.; and (3) direct the County Auditor to issue a warrant in the amount of the purchase price, plus any fees, for the purchase of the real property from Bob Smith Management Company, Ltd., with funding to come from FM 1171 Project, Auditor #70-7360-90-20, located in Commissioner Precinct #3, and any appropriate action.
F) Approval of Supplement Agreement #1 to the Agreement between Denton County, Texas, and Teague, Nall and Perkins, Inc. for Professional Engineering and Surveying Services for the Copper Canyon Road Project, located in Commissioner Precinct #4, and any appropriate action.
G) Approval of the Utility Relocation and Easement Acquisition Agreement between Denton County, Texas, and the Bartonville Water Supply Corporation, located in Commissioner Precinct #4, and any appropriate action.
H) Approval of the Supplement Agreement #1 to the Agreement between Denton County, Texas, and Teague, Nall and Perkins, Inc. for Profession Engineering and Surveying Services for the Hickory Hill Road Project, located in Commissioner Precinct #4, and any appropriate action.
