E) Approval of the Interlocal Cooperation Agreement for property tax collection between Denton County, Texas, and the City/Town of Trophy Club PID #1, Emergency Services, a Special District, and any appropriate action.

F) Approval of Addendum #2 to the Contract between Denton County, Texas, and Bucher, Willis & Ratliff Corporation for the F.M. 407 Reconstruction and Widening Project consisting of construction phase services from Rayzor Road to Lantana Trail in the amount of $592,819.00, for a total contract amount of $1,878,804.00, with funding to come from funds for F.M. 407, Auditor #70-7424-90-10, located in Commissioner Precinct #4, and any appropriate action.
