C) Approval of Supplement Agreement #3 with Teague Nall and Perkins, Inc. for the Loop 288 East – Plans, Specifications & Estimates in the amount of $100,000.00, located in Commissioner Precinct #1 and Commissioner Precinct #4, and any appropriate action.

D) Approval of the replacement Easement for Public Road or Street located on Lewisville Lake, Denton County, Texas, from the Untied States Army Corp of Engineers for Waters Edge Drive (USACE Tract G-601), located in Commissioner Precinct #2, and any appropriate action.
