B) Discussion of specifications and the authority to advertise for RFP #06-07-1836, Design and Purchase of Early Voting Workstations; appoint Don Alexander, and Beth Fleming as the Evaluation Committee.

C) Discussion of renewal of bid for Hot Mix Asphaltic Concrete, Bid #06-06-1770, to Jagoe Public Company.

D) Discussion of specifications and authority to advertise for Meal Services, RFP #04-07-1829; appointment of Evaluation Committee to include Roy Davenport, Michael Ganzer, Mandy Smithers, Ken Metcalf, and Beth Fleming.

A) Discussion of Budget Amendment Request #101240 for Training/Education including the transfer of funds from Non-Departmental Regular Unappropriated Contingency for Probate Court in the amount of $1500.

B) Discussion of Budget Amendment Request #101260 for Court Appointed Attorney Family including the transfer of funds from Non-Departmental Unappropriated Court Ordered contingency for the 362nd District Court in the amount of $40,000.

A) Discussion of: (1) the Contract for Purchase of Right-of-Way (Parcels 8 and 8E) between Denton County and The Sam Newt Wilson and Beverly J. Wilson Family Trust for the purchase of real property for the FM 1171 Project; (2) grant authorization to proceed with the closing and approval for the County Judge to sign all necessary closing documents to purchase the Right-of-Way from The Sam Newt Wilson and Beverly J. Wilson Family Trust; and (3) direct the County Auditor to issue a warrant in the amount of the purchase price, plus any fees, for the purchase of the real property from The Sam Newt Wilson and Beverly J. Wilson Family Trust, with funding to come from FM 1171 Project, Auditor #63-7360-90-10. Commissioner Precinct #3.

F) Discussion of the Interlocal Cooperation Agreements for property tax collection between Denton County, Texas, and (1) Denton County Fresh Water Supply District No. 8-A, (2) Denton County Fresh Water Supply District No. 8-C, (3) Denton County Fresh Water Supply District No. 11-A, (4) Clear Creek Watershed Authority , and (5) Oak Point Water Control and Improvement District No.1 of Denton County.
