* A) Approval of Building Use Request from Denton Main Street to use the Commissioners Courtroom on Thursday, August 16, 2007 from 6:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. for the showing of a movie to celebrate National Elvis Week festivities in downtown Denton, and any appropriate action. B) Approve the appointment of Mike Breslin to the Denton County Health Advisory Board and any appropriate action. Commissioner Precinct #1

14. LEGAL

A) Any appropriate action on Executive Session matters - Legal Department.

B) Approval of the Interlocal Cooperation Agreement between Denton County, Texas, and the City of Carrollton for the Dickerson Parkway Road Improvement Project, as follows: right-of-way acquisition, engineering, design and construction of Dickerson Parkway on reconstruction of existing 4-lane divided arterial to a new 4-lane divided arterial with a wide median to accommodate an eventual 6-lane arterial road in the future, consisting of the section from the President George Turnpike Frontage Road (Trinity Mills) to Frankford Road, located in the City of Carrollton, Denton County, Texas, Commissioner Precinct #2, and any appropriate action.

C) Approval of the execution of three separate Release and Termination of Temporary Construction Easement Agreements with Yvonne Cole Lukens and the Trustees of the M.T. Cole Trust No. 2 for real property located on Crawford Road, in Denton County, Commissioner Precinct #4, and any appropriate action.

D) Approval of the Bentley SELECT Program Agreement and Amendment No. 1 to the SELECT Agreement between Bentley Systems, Inc., and Denton County, and any appropriate action.

15. EXECUTIVE SESSION

The Commissioners Court reserves the right to exercise its discretion and may convene in executive session as authorized by the Texas Government Code §551.071, et seq. on any of the agenda items.
