A) Discussion of the Interlocal Cooperation Agreement between Denton County, Texas, and the City of Carrollton for the Dickerson Parkway Road Improvement Project, as follows: right-of-way acquisition, engineering, design and construction of Dickerson Parkway on reconstruction of existing 4-lane divided arterial to a new 4-lane divided arterial with a wide median to accommodate an eventual 6-lane arterial road in the future, consisting of the section from the President George Bush Turnpike Frontage Road (Trinity Mills) to Frankford Road, located in the City of Carrollton, Denton County, Texas, Commissioner Precinct #2.

B) Discussion of the execution of three separate Release and Termination of Temporary Construction Easement Agreements with Yvonne Cole Lukens and the Trustees of the M.T. Cole Trust No. 2 for real property located on Crawford Road, in Denton County, Commissioner Precinct # 4.

C) Discussion of the Bentley SELECT Program Agreement and Amendment No. 1 to the SELECT Agreement between Bentley Systems, Inc., and Denton County.
