Citizens should complete a witness form located on the side table. Pursuant to State Open Meetings Law, the Commissioners Court is restricted in discussing or taking action on items not posted on the agenda. Action on your statement can be taken only at a future meeting.
In order to expedite the flow of business and to provide all citizens the opportunity to speak, the Commissioners Court may impose a three-minute limitation on persons addressing the Court. Please address all comments to the Presiding Officer.

Young Institute of County Government at the 49th Annual County Judges and Commissioners’ Continuing Education Conference and Educational Exposition sponsored in cooperation with the County Judges & Commissioners Association of Texas & the Continuing and Professional Studies Office at Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas on February 13-15, 2007, and any appropriate action. C) Approval of the Interlocal Cooperation Agreements for property tax collection between Denton County, Texas, and (1) the Trophy Club Municipal Utility District #2, and (2) Corinth Municipal Utility District.
D) Approval of the Interlocal Cooperation Agreement for property tax collection between Denton County, Texas, and Northwest Independent School District.
E) Approval of: (1) AT&T Master Agreement, (2) AT&T Addendum No. 1 to Master Agreement, (3) AT&T Addendum No. 2 to Master Agreement, (4) AT&T Services Agreement/The Colony, and (5)AT&T Service Agreement/Cross Roads; between Denton County, Texas, and SBC Global Services, Inc. d/b/a AT&T Global Services. The Agreements are for leased network services called GigaMAN, for The Colony Government Center and the Steven Everett Copeland Government Center, in Cross Roads.
