C) Approve Tuesday, July 10, 2007 at 9:10 a.m. as date and time to conduct a Public Hearing to consider renaming a section of a county maintained road from PR5912 (aka Seaborn Road) to SEABORN CIRCLE located in unincorporated Denton County Precinct 4, East Ponder Estates, a subdivision in the John McGowan Survey, Abstract No. 798, Block 2, Lots 8 through 14, a distance of 1,041.23 feet, and any appropriate action.
