C) Approval of the Interlocal Cooperation Agreement for property tax collection between Denton County, Texas, and (1) Argyle Independent School District, (2) Aubrey Independent School District, (3) Lake Dallas Independent School District, and (4) Little Elm Independent School District, and any appropriate action.

D) Approval of the Interlocal Cooperation Agreement for property tax collection between Denton County, Texas, and the Cities/Towns of (1) Bartonville, (2) Dish, (3) Double Oak, (4) Hackberry, (5) Lakewood Village, (6) Pilot Point, (7) Sanger, and (8) The Trophy Club, and any appropriate action.

15. EXECUTIVE SESSION

The Commissioners Court reserves the right to exercise its discretion and may convene in executive session as authorized by the Texas Government Code §551.071, et seq. on any of the agenda items.
