C) Discussion of exemption from Bidding for a Sole Source purchase of fifty (50) used eSlate Voting Equipment from Hart InterCivic according to the provisions of Section 262.024 (a)(7)(A) of the Local Government Code.

D) Discussion of specifications and authority to advertise for RFP #05-07-1835, Tax Statement Preparation/Mailing Service, and appoint Steve Mossman and Beth Fleming as the Evaluation Committee.

B) Discussion of the Interlocal Cooperation Agreements for property tax collection between Denton County, Texas, and the Independent School Districts of (1) Argyle, (2) Aubrey, (3) Lake Dallas, and (4) Little Elm.

C) Discussion of the Interlocal Cooperation Agreements for property tax collection between Denton County, Texas, and the Cities/Towns of (1) Bartonville, (2) Dish, (3) Double Oak, (4) Hackberry, (5) Lakewood Village, (6) Pilot Point, (7) Sanger, and (8) Trophy Club.
