B) Approval of Supplement Agreement #4 to the Contract between Denton County, Texas, and Halff Associates, Inc., for additional funding in the amount of $30,679.00, on the F.M. 2499, Section 3 Project, located in Commissioner Precinct #3, and any appropriate action.

C) Approval of Supplement Agreement No. 3 to the Contract between Denton County, Texas, and Halff Associates Engineering to cover costs in the amount of $70,834.00 for additional engineering services needed on the Lake Lewisville Corridor Project (F.M. 2934), located in Commissioner Precinct #1, and any appropriate action.

D) Approval of the Interlocal Cooperation Agreement for property tax collection between Denton County, Texas, and the City of Lewisville, and any appropriate action.

E) Approval of the Interlocal Cooperation Agreements for property tax collection between Denton County, Texas, and (1) the Town of Little Elm, and (2) the City of Krum, and any appropriate action.

F) Approval of the Interlocal Cooperation Agreements for property tax collection between Denton County, Texas, and (1) the Trophy Club Municipal Utility District #1, (2) Denton County Municipal Utility District #4, and (3) Denton County Municipal Utility District #5, and any appropriate action.

The Commissioners Court reserves the right to exercise its discretion and may convene in executive session as authorized by the Texas Government Code §551.071, et seq. on any of the agenda items.
