In order to expedite the flow of business and to provide all citizens the opportunity to speak, the Commissioners Court may impose a three-minute limitation on persons addressing the Court. Please address all comments to the Presiding Officer.

* A) Approval of Intra-Departmental Transfers, and any appropriate action.

* B) Approval of Budget Amendment Request #100920 for Software Maintenance including the transfer of funds from District Clerk Records Management Unappropriated Contingency for District Clerk Records Management Fund in the amount of $960, and appropriate action. (Briefing 5-01-07)

* C) Approval of Budget Amendment Request #100930 for Substitute Court Reporter for 16th District Court in the amount of $10,000, and any appropriate action. (Briefing 5-01-07)

* A) Approval for the Health Director to sign a contract with NACCHO for expansion of the Medical Reserve Corps, and any appropriate action. (Briefing 5-01-07)

* A) Approve Tuesday, May 29, 2007 at 9:10 a.m. as date and time to conduct a Public Hearing to consider an amendment to the Lake Ray Roberts Land Use Ordinance for a zoning change from Agriculture (AG) to Residential Medium Density District (R-2) for the C. Manchaca Survey Abstract 790, Tract 5A and 6A, Precinct 1 as recommended by The Lake Ray Roberts Planning and Zoning Commission and the Public Works/Planning Department, and any appropriate action.

* B) Approve Tuesday, May 29, 2007 at 9:15 a.m. as date and time to conduct a Public Hearing to consider an amendment to the Lake Ray Roberts Land Use Ordinance for a zoning change from Agriculture (AG) to Residential Medium Density District (R-2) for the C. Manchaca Survey Abstract 790, Tract 7, Precinct 1 as recommended by The Lake Ray Roberts Planning and Zoning Commission and the Public Works/Planning Department, and any appropriate action.

* C) Approve Tuesday, May 29, 2007 at 9:20 a.m. as date and time to conduct a Public Hearing to consider an amendment to the Lake Ray Roberts Land Use Ordinance for a zoning change from Agriculture (AG) to Residential Medium Density District (R-2) for the S. Williams Survey Abstract 13220, Tract 13, Precinct 1 as recommended by The Lake Ray Roberts Planning and Zoning Commission and the Public Works/Planning Department, and any appropriate action.

14. LEGAL

A) Any appropriate action on Executive Session matters - Legal Department.

B) Approval of the Interlocal Cooperation Agreement between Denton County, Texas, and the City of Lewisville, to expand and improve Spinks Road from Valley Parkway to Edmonds Lane and Valley Parkway from F.M. 3040 to State Highway 121, located in Commissioner Precinct #3, in the amount of $5,000,000.00, and any appropriate action.

The Commissioners Court reserves the right to exercise its discretion and may convene in executive session as authorized by the Texas Government Code §551.071, et seq. on any of the agenda items.
