B) Discussion of the Agreement between Denton County, Texas and Sunset Trails, Inc. d/b/a Circle R Ranch or Western Skys for the Denton County Employee Award Event for 2007.

C) Discussion to adopt an order/resolution with respect to the issuance of hospital revenue bonds issued for the benefit of Texas Health Resources by Tarrant County Cultural Education Facilities Finance Corporation.

D) Discussion of: (1) the Contract for Purchase of Right-of-Way between Denton County and Janet F. Bunn for the purchase of real property for the FM 1171 Project; (2) Grant authorization to proceed with the closing and approval for the County Judge to sign all necessary closing documents to purchase the Right-of-Way from Janet F.
