Citizens should complete a witness form located on the side table. Pursuant to State Open Meetings Law, the Commissioners Court is restricted in discussing or taking action on items not posted on the agenda. Action on your statement can be taken only at a future meeting.
In order to expedite the flow of business and to provide all citizens the opportunity to speak, the Commissioners Court may impose a three-minute limitation on persons addressing the Court. Please address all comments to the Presiding Officer.

A) Approve Tuesday, May 1, 2007 at 9:05 a.m. as date and time to conduct a Public Hearing to consider a Zoning Change from Agriculture (AG) to Residential Estates District (R-1), Abstract 418, Tract 27A, Precinct #1, in The Lake Ray Roberts Land Use District as recommended by The Lake Ray Roberts Planning & Zoning Commission and the Public Works/Planning Department, and any appropriate action.
B) Approve Tuesday, May 1, 2007 at 9:10 a.m. as date and time to conduct a Public Hearing to consider an amendment to the Lake Ray Roberts Land Use Ordinance for a Special Use Permit, S. Flint Survey, Abstract 418, Tract 27A, as recommended by The Lake Ray Roberts Planning & Zoning Commission and the Public Works/Planning Department, and any appropriate action.

B) Approval of Amendment One to the Agreement for Interim Engineering Services between Denton County, Texas, and Teague Nall and Perkins, Inc., and any appropriate action.
C) Approval to enter into a letter extension renewal Agreement for one (1) year, then month to month, between Gila Corporation d/b/a Municipal Services Bureau, a Texas Corporation, and Denton County, Texas, for the collection of delinquent court fines, and any appropriate action.
D) Approval of Amendment One [Lease of Texas Registration and Title System (RTS) Information Resources and Support] to Agreement for the use of State of Texas Automation Equipment; Remote Sticker Printing System (RSPS) for VODVT Motors Limited d/b/a Volvo of Dallas, a car dealership, and any appropriate action.
E) Approval of Interlocal Agreement for Professional Service between the Counties of Tarrant, Dallas, Denton, the City of Frisco and the North Texas Tollway Authority (NTTA), as members of the Public Employee Benefit Cooperative of North Texas, with the North Central Council of Governments (NCTCOG), and any appropriate action.

The Commissioners Court reserves the right to exercise its discretion and may convene in executive session as authorized by the Texas Government Code §551.071, et seq. on any of the agenda items.
