B) Approval of the Interlocal Cooperation Agreement for Ambulance Services between Denton County, Texas and the City of Carrollton, and any appropriate action.

C) Approval of the Refund of Escrow funds to Northlake Partners, L.P. under an Escrow Agreement for North Ridge Estates in the amount of $5,233.20, plus interest in the amount of $402.22, for a total amount of $5,635.42, located in Commissioner Precinct #4, and any appropriate action.

D) Approval of the Refund of Escrow funds to Burness R. Higgs under an Escrow Agreement for Fall Meadows Addition Phase I and II in the amount of $6,000.00, plus interest in the amount of $375.17, for a total amount of $6,375.17, located in Commissioner Precinct #1, and any appropriate action.

E) Approval of the bond, appointment and swearing in of Joseph Gonzalez as Fire Marshal of Denton County for a two year term in accordance with Sections 352.011 and 352.012, Texas Local Government Code, and any appropriate action.

The Commissioners Court reserves the right to exercise its discretion and may convene in executive session as authorized by the Texas Government Code §551.071, et seq. on any of the agenda items.
