A) Discussion of specifications and the authority to advertise for RFP #02-07-1818, Audio Voice Logging System, and appoint Alan Williams, Don Click and Beth Fleming as the Evaluation Committee.

B) Discussion of renewal for Credit Card Services for Tax Payment, RFP #04-04-1615, to Certified Payments.

C) Discussion of renewal of bid for Road Signs, Bid #04-06-1752, to Vulcan Signs.

D) Discussion of specifications and the authority to advertise for Printing, Bid #03-07-1824.

A) Discussion of Budget Amendment Request #100740 for Substitute Court Reporter for County Court at Law #2 in the amount of $12,427.

B) Discussion of Budget Amendment Request #100770 to increase revenues and allocate expenditures for various line items for Department of Emergency Services in the amount of #18,720.

A) Discussion of Denton County Boards and Committees.

B) Discussion of new Building Use Policy for Denton County. Commissioner Precinct 2.

C) Discussion of an annual artistic mural contest for JP2, Judge DePiazza, involving local high school student’s artistic entries whose award winning entry will be painted on the south wall of The Colony Government Center’s Exterior Courtroom. The artistic mural entries will be based on the theme of “A Tribute To Our Troops.” Supplies will be donated by businesses at no cost to Denton County. Entries would be judged by local Community veterans. Commissioner Precinct 2.

D) Discussion of Building Use Request by Melinda Whitacre to use the Commissioners Courtroom on Sunday, May 6, 2007 from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. for a wedding. Aide to the Court.

E) Discussion of the request by Seeds of Change to use the CHOS Lawn on Saturday, April 28, 2007 from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. for a picnic. Aide to the Court.

F) Discussion of the request for Friends of the Family to use the CHOS and Lawn on Thursday, April 5, 2007 from 4:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. for a Sexual Assault Awareness Month March and Vigil. Aide to the Court.

G) Discussion of the Juvenile Board certification of the Denton County Juvenile Detention Facility comprised of pre-adjudication and post-adjudication beds, and its suitability for the detention of children in accordance with Title 3 of the Texas Family code under Chapter 51.12.

10. LEGAL

A) Discussion of the Lease agreement between Denton County, Texas, and the Denton County Farmers Market Association for use of Denton County’s parking lot located at the corner of Sycamore Street and Carroll Boulevard to market produce from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., daily, commencing April 1, 2007, through October 31, 2007.
