C) Approval of Budget Amendment Request #100670 for Mobile Phone Expense for Facilities Management in the amount of $3,403, and any appropriate action.

D) Approval of Budget Amendment Request #100680 to increase revenues and allocate expenditures for Computer Software and Computers for HAVA (Help America Vote Act) Grant in the amount of $12,405, and any appropriate action.
