A) Discussion of the Local Project Advanced Funding Agreement (LPAFA) between Denton County, Texas and the State of Texas, acting through the Texas Department of Transportation for Right-of-Way for FM 720 North/South, from El Dorado Parkway (FM 720) to U.S. 380, ROW CSJ 1567-01-025, located in Commissioner Precinct 1, in the amount of $750,000.00, with funding to come from TRIP-04 Funds for this project, Auditor # to be assigned.

B) Discussion of the Local Project Advanced Funding Agreement (LPAFA) between Denton County, Texas, and the State of Texas, acting through the Texas Department of Transportation for Right-of-Way for FM 720 from Garza Lane to FM 423, ROW CSJ 1567-01-032, located in Commissioner Precinct 1, in the amount of $1,955,000.00, with funding to come from Auditor #70-7401-90-10.

C) Discussion of the Interlocal Cooperation Agreement between Denton County, Texas, and Bolivar Water Supply Corporation, a non-profit, member owned and member-controlled corporation, for Utility Relocation on F.M. 1173, located in Commissioner Precinct # 4, in the amount of $60,000.00, with funding to come from Precinct #4 Discretionary Funds.
