A) Discussion of Change Order #3, to the Contract between Denton County, Texas, and Mario Sinacola and Sons, for the Lebanon/Boyd Road Construction Project in the amount of $167,265.49, for a total contract amount of $6,266,749.13, with funding to come from the BSRP Auditor #70-7456-90-10, Commissioner Precinct #2.

B) Discussion of Addendum #1 to the Contract between Denton County, Texas and Bucher, Willis & Ratliff Corporation for the F.M. 407 Reconstruction and Widening consisting of reconstruction from FM 1830 to Chinn Chapel Road in the amount of $196,184.00, for a total contract amount of $1,285,985.00, with funding to come from funds for FM 407, Auditor # 70-7424-90-10, Commissioner Precinct #4.

C) Discussion of Supplemental Agreement #1, to the Contract between Denton County, Texas, and Halff Associates, Inc., for the IH 35W Project in the amount of $15,172.00 with funding to come from the BSRP Auditor #70-7455-90-10, Commissioner Precinct #4.

D) Discussion of the Social Services Agreement between Denton County and Ann’s Haven Hospice, VNA.

E) Discussion of the District Office Least Contract between Denton County, Texas and the Committee on House Administration of the House of Representatives of the State of Texas for the benefit of Burt R. Solomons, a Member of the House of Representatives of the State of Texas.

F) Discussion of: (1) the Contract for Purchase of Right-of-Way between Denton County and Wayne L. Yarbrough for the purchase of real property, Parcels 1 and 36 for the FM 1171 Project; (2) grant authorization to proceed with the closing and approval for the County Judge to sign all necessary closing documents to purchase the Right-of-Way from Wayne L. Yarbrough; and (3) direction to the County Auditor to issue a warrant in the amount of the purchase price, plus any fees, for the purchase of real property from Wayne L.
