C) Discussion of the Interlocal Cooperation Agreement between Denton County, Texas, and the City of The Colony to expand and improve F.M. 423 from State Highway 121 north to Stewart Creek Road, located in Commissioner Precinct #2, at a total cost of $250,000.00.

D) Discussion of the Interlocal Cooperation Agreement between Denton County, Texas, and the City of The Colony for the construction of Paige Road from South Colony Boulevard to North Colony Boulevard, located in Commissioner Precinct #2, at a total construction cost of $6,335,065.00.
