In order to expedite the flow of business and to provide all citizens the opportunity to speak, the Commissioners Court may impose a three-minute limitation on persons addressing the Court. Please address all comments to the Presiding Officer.

B) Approval of an order setting a date and time to conduct a Public Hearing to consider the placement of a “No Parking Sign” on Dr. Sanders Road from Fishtrap Road north to Liberty Road with the Public Hearing to be held on January 9, 2007, at 9:00 a.m., before the Commissioners Court, located in Commissioner Precinct #1, and any appropriate action.
C) Approval of an order setting a date and time to conduct a Public Hearing to consider the placement of a “No Parking Sign” on the southern end of Garza Lane south of Shady Lane to the cul-de-sac with a Public Hearing to be held on January 9, 2007, at 9:10 a.m., before the Commissioners Court, located in Commissioner Precinct #1, and any appropriate action.
D) Approval of the Library Service Agreement between Denton County, Texas and the Krum Public Library (City of Krum), and any appropriate action.
E) Approval of the Social Service Agreement between Denton County and Chisholm Trail Retired Senior Volunteer Program, Inc. (RSVP), and any appropriate action.
F) Approval of the Interlocal Cooperation Agreement for Ambulance Services between Denton County, Texas and (a) Argyle Volunteer Fire District, (b) Pilot Point Volunteer Fire Department, and (c) Sanger Volunteer Fire Department, and any appropriate action.
G) Approval of the Interlocal Cooperation Agreement for Fire Protection Services between Denton County, Texas and (a) Argyle Volunteer Fire District (City of Argyle); (b) Pilot Point Volunteer Fire Department (City of Pilot Point); (c) Sanger Volunteer Fire Department (City of Sanger); (d) City of Oak Point; and (e) the Town of Trophy Club, and any appropriate action.
H) Approval of the Interlocal Cooperation Agreement for Juvenile Pre-Adjudication Facility and Juvenile Post-Adjudication Facility between Denton County and Palo Pinto County, and any appropriate action.
