C) Discussion of award of bid for the Swafford Road Low Water Crossing Project, Bid #10-06-1801, to Site Concrete, Inc. for $89,061.35, from the Precinct 4, TRIP 04 Discretionary Fund and the Engineering Contract Line Item.
