B) Approval of setting a Public Hearing for December 12, 2006, at 9:30 a.m. to discuss abandoning a portion of Karen Lane, Commissioner, Precinct #4, and any appropriate action.
C) Approval of an order setting a date and time to conduct a Public Hearing to consider the request by Huffines Communities to change the names of two (2) county roads; Huffines is requesting that the name of Bryan Road located north of U.S. Highway 380 and west of F.M. 1385 be changed to Parvin Road; and that the name of Fields Road located north of U.S. Highway 380 adjacent of the new Artesia Community be changed to Huffines Boulevard, with a public hearing on the name changes to be held on December 12, 2006, at 9:00 a.m., before the Commissioners Court, Commissioner, Precinct #1, and any appropriate action.
D) Approval of the Interlocal Cooperation Agreement for Fire Protection Services between Denton County, Texas and (a) Krum Volunteer Fire Department (City of Krum), and (b) Ponder Volunteer Fire Department (City of Ponder), and any appropriate action.
E) Approval of the Interlocal Cooperation Agreement for Ambulance Services between Denton County, Texas and (a) Aubrey Area Ambulance Service; (b) Krum Volunteer Fire Department, and (c) the City of Plano, and any appropriate action.
F) Approval of the Interlocal Cooperation Agreement for library Services between Denton County, Texas and (a) The Colony Public Library (The Colony), (b) Flower Mound Public Library (Town of Flower Mound), (c) Carrollton Public Library (City of Carrollton, (d) Frisco Public Library (City of Frisco), and (e) Justin Community Library (City of Justin), and any appropriate action.
