9:00 am A) Approval of changing the name of Bryan Road located north of U.S. Highway 380 and west of F.M. 1385 to Parvin Road and to consider changing the name of Fields Road located north of U.S. Highway 380 adjacent to the new Artesia community to Huffines Boulevard, located in Precinct #1. DA/Civil

5. AUDITOR/TREASURER

A) Approval of Bill Report.
(Payments from CSCD, Community Corrections, TAIP, Sheriff’s Training, Sheriff’s Forfeiture, VIT Interest, DA Check Fee, and DA Forfeiture Funds are presented for recording purposes only.)

B) Approval of order finding that (1) excess funds in the amounts of $368,400 and $3,400 from interest earnings are available in the 2005 Road Bond Project and 2000 Road Bond Project Funds, respectively, (2) the excess funds are not needed to fund any of the projects originally listed in the bond documentation; and (3) that excess funds in the amount of $371,800 are to be allocated to the ITS transportation enhancement contract for fiscal year. Interviews were conducted as set forth in the Denton County policies adopted by the Commissioners Court, except as otherwise stated in the appointment orders. A) Approve Tuesday November 28, 2006 at 9:20 a.m. as date and time to conduct a PUBLIC HEARING to consider an amendment to the Lake Ray Roberts Land Use Ordinance for a zoning change from Agriculture (AG) to Residential Medium Density District (R-2), Abstract 652, Tract 4, Precinct #1, and recommended for approval by the Lake Ray Roberts Planning & Zoning Commission, and any appropriate action.

A) Approve Interlocal Cooperation Agreement for School Resource Deputy between Denton County and Northwest ISD, and any appropriate action.

B) Approve Interlocal Agreement for Patrol Services between Denton County, Constable Hatzenbuhler, Constable Precinct #4, and the Town of Copper Canyon, and any appropriate action.
