A) Approval of award of bid for the Boyd Road Rehabilitation Project, Bid #10-06-1799, to Reynolds Asphalt and Construction Company, for $128,745.30 from the Precinct 2, Trip 04 Discretionary Funds, and any appropriate action.

B) Approval of specifications and authority to advertise for Denton County Courts Building Parking Lot Expansion Project, Bid #10-06-1800, and any appropriate action.

* A) Approval of Intra-Departmental Transfers, and any appropriate action.

B) Approve November 28, 2006, 9:10 a.m. as the date and time to conduct a Public Hearing to consider and approve the Replat of Marietta Village I at Savannah Phase 9, Precinct 1, and any appropriate action.

C) Approve November 28, 2006, 9:15 a.m. as the date and time to conduct a Public Hearing to consider and approve the Replat of Artesia Phase 1A, Precinct 1, and any appropriate action.

A) Any appropriate action on Executive Session matters - Legal Department.

B) Approval of an order setting a date and time to conduct a Public Hearing to consider the request by Huffines Communities to change the names of two (2) county roads; Huffines is requesting that the name of Bryan Road located north of U.S. Highway 380 and west of F.M 1385 be changed to Parvin Road; and that the name of Fields Road located north of U.S. Highway 380 adjacent to the new Artesia community be changed to Huffines Boulevard, with a public hearing on the name changes to be held on November 7, 2006, at 9:00 a.m. , before the Commissioners Court, located in Commissioner, Precinct #1, and any appropriate action.

C) Approval of the Transportation Consultant Professional Service Contract between Denton County, Texas and Innovative Transportation Solutions, Inc. (ITS) for the 2006-2007 Fiscal Year, and any appropriate action.

D) Approval of the Software Maintenance Agreement for property tax collection between Denton County, Texas and Northeast Texas Data Corporation (Net Data), and any appropriate action.

E) Approval of the Denton County Tax Assessor-Collector Point of Sale Subcontract for Motor Vehicle License renewal between Denton County, Texas; (1) Randall/Tom Thumb and (2) Minyard Inc., and any appropriate action.

F) Approval of the 2006-2007 Social Service Agreements between Denton County and (a) AIDS Services of North Texas, Inc.; (b) CASA of Denton County, Inc; (c) Friends of the Family; and (d) PediPlace, and any appropriate action.
