C) Approval of the 2006-2007 Interlocal Cooperation Agreement for Juvenile Pre-Adjudication Facility between Denton County and (a) Hopkins County and (b) Wise County, and any appropriate action.

D) Approval of the 2006-2007 Social Service Agreements between Denton County and (a) the ARC of Denton County and (b) Children’s Advocacy Center for Denton County, Inc. and any appropriate action.

The Commissioners Court reserves the right to exercise its discretion and may convene in executive session as authorized by the Texas Government Code §551.071, et seq. on any of the agenda items.
