* A) Approval of the Sheriff’s Office seeking approval to use funds from account #73.7609.90.10, a 2005 Certificate of Obligation, and apply $83,698.14 to the construction cost of a new building designed to provide work areas for SO facilities maintenance metal and wood shops, and house special use vehicles, and any appropriate action. I) Approval of the refund for the remaining portion of the Escrow Agreement between Paloma Creek Development and Denton County, Texas, in the amount of $66,049.20, plus accrued interest, for the Paloma Creek Subdivision, Section (Navo Road), located in Commissioner, Precinct #1, and any appropriate action.
J) Approval of the Contract Agreement between Reynolds Asphalt & Construction Company and Denton County for the Smiley Road Improvement Project, Bid #07-06-1779, in the amount of $172,644.12, with funding to come from the Precinct 1 TRIP-04 Discretionary Fund; the project is located in Commissioner, Precinct #1, and any appropriate action.
