A) Resolution Accepting the Fiscal 2007 State Indigent Defense Formula Grant.

A) Discussion of award of bid for Vehicle Parts and Truck and Equipment Filters, Bid #07-06-1781, to NAPA Auto Parts.

B) Discussion of specifications and authority to advertise for Juror Summons Preparation Services, Bid #08-06-1795.

5. HEALTH

A) Discussion of a new WIC Contract for FY 2007 with the Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS)

B) Discussion of a Contract with the Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS) for Tuberculosis Services.

6. PUBLIC WORKS

A) Discussion regarding ongoing, planned, and proposed county and state transportation projects: Denton County’s Better Safer Roads Program, and the modification of the Denton County Master Thoroughfare Plan, and updates related to the Denton County Transportation Authority.

7. SHERIFF

A) Discussion of the awarded Juvenile Impact Program Grant- CJD Award of $25,896 for the period 8/01/2006-07-31-2007, Grant #JB-05-J20-13373-08, submitted by the Denton County Sheriff’s Office.

B) Discussion regarding project development, construction progress and change orders to Denton County Building Projects.-Facilities

9. LEGAL

A) Discussion of: 1) Correction Warranty Deed and 2) Mineral Deed between Denton County, Texas and Jerry Bishop for the FM 2499, Section 4 Project.

B) Discussion of the Interagency Agreement between Denton County, Texas, and Dallas County, Texas, and the Resolution supporting the North Texas Auto Theft Task Force.

C) Discussion of a) the Resolution authorizing participation in the Agreement to Contribute Funds for Local Government and b) the Agreement to Contribute Funds for Local Government between Denton County, Texas and the State of Texas, acting through the Texas Department of Transportation for the FM 423 from US 380 to SH 121 Project, ROW CSJ 1315-02-010 & 1567-02-029 and CCSJ 1315-02-009 & 1567-02-027, located in Precinct 1 & 2, with funding to come from Precinct 1 & 2, FM 423, Auditor #70-7358-90-10.
