B) Discussion of Supplemental Agreement #7 between Denton County and Engineer, HNTB Corporation, for FM 2499 Section 4 for additional roadway and landscape design in the amount of $401,500.00, with funding to come from Better, Safer, Road Program funds in Precincts 1 and 3.

C) Discussion of a) the Project to improve Blackjack Road East from E.
