B) Approve Tuesday, October 3, 2006 at 9:05 a.m. as date and time to conduct a PUBLIC HEARING to consider an amendment to the Lake Ray Roberts Land Use Ordinance for a zoning change from Agriculture to Residential Medium Density (R-2), Abstract 29, Tract 40B, Precinct 1, as recommended by the Lake Ray Roberts Planning and Zoning Commission and the Planning Department, and any appropriate action.
