A) Discussion of award for Janitorial Service, Bid #04-06-1755, to Members Building Maintenance for $226,455.12.
B) Discussion of award for Armored Car Services, Bid #06-06-1768, to Dunbar Armored, Inc.
2. BUDGET
A) Discussion of Budget Amendment Request #101950 for Court Appointed Attorney-Family and Criminal including the transfer of funds from Non-Departmental Unappropriated Court Ordered Contingency @ $15,000 and the transfer of $85,000 from the 393rd District Court for the 16th District Court in the amount of $100,000.
B) Discussion of Budget Amendment Request #101960 for Court Appointed Attorneys including the transfer of funds from Non-Departmental Unappropriated Court Ordered Contingency for 158th District Court in the amount of $40,000.
C) Discussion of Budget Amendment Request #101970 for various Court Ordered line item items including the transfer of funds from Non-Departmental Unappropriated Court Ordered Contingency for 211th District Court in the amount of $97,500.
D) Discussion of Budget Amendment Request #101980 for Court Ordered Attorneys and Court Appointed Attorney-Family including the transfer of funds from Non-Departmental Unappropriated Court Ordered Contingency for 362nd District Court in the amount of $110,000.
E) Discussion of Budget Amendment Request #102000 for various Court Ordered line items including the transfer of funds from Non-Departmental Unappropriated Court Ordered Contingency for 367th District Court in the amount of $120,000.
F) Discussion of Budget Amendment Request #102030 for Copier Supplies including the transfer of funds from Non-Departmental Regular Contingency for Print/Mail Department in the amount of $15,000.
3. HEALTH
A) Discussion of a Contract with the Department of State Health Services (DSHS) for funding support through the Bureau of Regional and Local Health Office.
4. PUBLIC WORKS
A) Discussion regarding ongoing, planned, and proposed county and state transportation projects: Denton County’s Better Safer Roads Program, and the modification of the Denton County Master Thoroughfare Plan, and updates related to the Denton County Transportation Authority.
5. OTHER DEPARTMENTS
A) Discussion of Denton County Boards and Committees.
B) Discussion regarding project development, construction progress and change orders to Denton County Building Projects.-Continued
C) Discussion of the Interlocal Cooperative Agreement between Denton County and Wise County to maintain those roads which fall along the county line. Commissioner Precinct #1

6. LEGAL
A) Discussion of Interlocal Cooperation Agreement for tax Collection between Denton County, Texas and (1) the Town of Aubrey; (2) the City of the Colony; (3) Denton County Fresh Water Supply District No. 1-C; and (4) Clear Creek Watershed Authority.
B) Discussion of the renewal of the Lease Agreement between the City of Denton and Denton County regarding Parking spaces at the Williams Trade Square.
C) Discussion of the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) between Denton County and the North Central Texas Council of Governments (NCTCOG)/Regional Transportation Council (RTC). The subject Memorandum of Agreement sets forth the funding strategy for the project consisting of improvements to IH 35E from the President George Bush Turnpike to North of FM 407 in Denton County, Texas, Denton County’s funding commitment to the project is $57 million.
D) Discussion of : 1) the Real Estate Contract between Denton County and the Property Owner’s Association pf Sunrise Bay, for the purchase of a permanent drainage easement for the Lake Lewisville Corridor Project, Section 3; 2) authorization to proceed with the closing and approval for the County Judge to sign all necessary closing documents to purchase the property from the Property Owner’s Association of Sunrise Bay; 3) direction to the County Auditor to issue a warrant in the amount of the purchase price plus any fees for the purchase of the permanent drainage easement from the Property Owner’s Association of sunrise Bay, with funding to come from the Lake Lewisville Corridor Project, Auditor #7401, (Commissioner Precinct #1).
E) Discussion of : 1) the Real Estate Contract between Diana Hellickson and husband, Dean Hellickson; and Eric Vargus and wife Karen Vargus and Denton County, Texas, for the purchase of a permanent drainage easement for the Lake Lewisville Corridor Project, Section 3; 2) ) authorization to proceed with the closing and approval for the County Judge to sign all necessary closing documents to purchase the property from Diana Hellickson and husband, Dean Hellickson; and Eric Vargus and wife Karen Vargus; and 3) direction to the County Auditor to issue a warrant in the amount of the purchase price plus any fees for the purchase of the permanent drainage easement from Diana Hellickson and husband, Dean Hellickson; and Eric Vargus and wife Karen Vargus, with funding to come from the Lake Lewisville Corridor Project, Auditor #7401, (Commissioner Precinct 1).
F) Discussion of acceptance of a Performance Bond, Payment Bond and Maintenance Bond for paving improvements by Austin Bridge & Road L.P., made payable to Denton County, Texas, in the amount of $277,427.70; and discussion of a Performance Bond and Payment Bond for drainage improvements by Murray Construction Company, Inc., med payable to Denton County, Texas, in the amount of $59,882.00. All bonds for paving and drainage improvements shall serve Liberty Crossing Addition located in the extraterritorial jurisdiction of Bartonville, Denton County, Texas (Commissioner Precinct #4).
