A) Discussion of the Annual Audit Report of the Operations of the Jail Commissary.

2. PURCHASING

A) Discussion of award of bid for Tires and Tubes (Trucks and Heavy Equipment), Bid #05-06-1761, to Gray’s Wholesale Tires.

B) Discussion to declare miscellaneous vehicles, election equipment, computer/printer equipment, appliances, furniture and office supplies as surplus, to place in On-line Auction #07-06-1780 to be held in August 2006, advertise.

C) Discussion of specifications and authority to advertise for Security and Access Control Systems, RFP #07-06-1782.

D) Discussion of award if bid for Flexible Base (Grade 1, Type A), Bid #03-06-1745, to Hanson Aggregates, for Item 1 for Road and Bridge West, and rejection of bids for Items 2, 3, 4, and 5 for Road and Bridge East.

A) Discussion of Budget Amendment Request #101580 for Part-Time Salaries for CHOS Museum in the amount of $1,777.

B) Discussion of Budget Amendment Request #101590 for Contract Road Work including the transfer of funds from Non-Departmental Unappropriated-Judge’s Salary Contingency for Non-Departmental in the amount of $9,000.

C) Discussion of submission of the appraisal roll for Denton County for tax year 2006 from the Tax Assessor-Collector.

4. HEALTH

A) Discussion of a contract amendment to the Crisis Counseling Services Grant with the Texas Department of State Health Services designed to provide mental health assistance to Hurricane Katrina victims.

A) Discussion regarding ongoing, planned, and proposed county and state transportation projects: Denton County’s Better Safer Roads Program, and the modification of the Denton County Master Thoroughfare Plan, and updates related to the Denton County Transportation Authority.

B) Discussion of the Title Sheet for the Installation of railroad warning signals and gates at the crossing of Ganzer Road at Kansas City Southern Railroad. TxDot Project STP 2006 (631) FRS is located in Commissioner Precinct #4.

C) Discussion of the Contract Agreement between JRJ Paving and Denton County for the Old Alton Road Construction Project Bid #04-06-1756, located in Precinct #1.
