A) Approval of determining the competitive proposal as the best value for project delivery method for the Administration Building on Loop 288 and Morse Street, §271.113 LGC; and any appropriate action. (Briefing 5-23-06)

B) Approval of specifications for RFQ #03-06-1748 for design of the Denton County Administration facility(s) on Loop 288 and Morse Street; appointment of the Evaluation Committee; and any appropriate action. (Briefing 5-23-06)

C) Approval of award of bid for HVAC Replacement – Denton County Sheriff’s Office Facilities, Bid #04-06-1757, and approval of use of 2003 Tax Notes for additional funding, and any appropriate action.

B) Consider, discuss and any appropriate action on an APPEAL of the denial of a request by Mr. Randy O’Dell for a zoning change from Agriculture (AG) to Recreational/Commercial (R/C), Abstract 790, Tract 12 in the Lake Ray Roberts Land Use District, Precinct 1.

B) Approval of a resolution authorizing Trustee to solicit from the public bids on the following described property: .284 Acre out of Abstract 1214 of the Tierwester Survey, Tract 319, Old DCAD Tract 79, Sheet 2, an addition to the City of Sanger, Denton County, Texas being that property more particularly described in County Clerk’s File Code Number 98R17736, Real Property Records, Denton County, Texas, or to request the Sheriff of Denton County to sell this property pursuant to Section 34.05 (c) Property Tax Code, and consenting to the sale of said parcel of land to the highest bidder even if the bid tendered is less than the market value of the land specified in the judgment of foreclosure or the total amount of the judgment against the property, and authorizing the County Judge to execute any deed necessary to convey the parcel of land upon sale, and any appropriate action. Matthew Graham, Civil Attorney II, in the office of the Criminal District Attorney, Civil Division, as Public Information Office for Denton County, except as otherwise indicated by Denton County Elected Officials, and any appropriate action. * C) Approval of the Supplement Agreement #1 to the Interlocal Cooperative Agreement, dated February 1, 2000, between Denton County, Texas, and the City of Carrollton, Texas, regarding the SH 121 State Infrastructure Bank Loan; Supplement Agreement #1 provides for reimbursement of $1,683,335.00 to the City of Carrollton, pursuant to the Memorandum of Understanding, executed March 24, 2005, whereby Denton County agreed to refund the City of Carrollton’s SIB Loan expenditures upon reimbursement to Denton County by the Texas Department of Transportation, Commissioner Precinct #2, and any appropriate action. D) Approval of Change Order #1 and Amendment to the Contract Agreement between Denton County, Texas and Mario Sinacola & Sons, Inc., Bid # 09-05-1722, in the amount of $519,215.42, for a total contract amount of $5,736,828.80 for the Boyd Lebanon Road Improvement Project, located in Commissioner Precinct #2.
