* A) Approval of Building Usage Request from Leslie Wilder with Denton Community Church for use of the Commissioners Courtroom & Conference Room at the CHOS on Friday, June 2, 2006, from 6:00 pm to 11:00 pm for the purpose of a Murder Mystery Dinner, and any appropriate action. B) Approval of the appointment of Ms. Kathy Williams as one of the Denton County representatives on the North Central Texas Workforce Development Board, and any appropriate action. County Judge

* B) Approval of the Agreement between Denton County, Texas, and Teague Nall and Perkins, Inc., for a Professional Construction Engineering Support Services Contract for Loop 288 East Reconstruction Project in the amount of $200,000.00 with funding to come from Commissioner Precinct 1 Discretionary Funds, and any appropriate action. * C) Approval of the Agreement between Denton County, Texas, and Dannenbaum Engineering Corporation for Design and Construction Phase Services for Schluter Road, Old Stoney Road and Smith Road Improvements, a TRIP-04 project in the amount of $960,160.00, Commissioner Precinct 4, and any appropriate action.
