1. PURCHASING

A) Discussion of determining the competitive proposal is the best value for project delivery method for the Administration Building on Loop 288 and Morse Street, Section 271.113 LGC.

B) Discussion of specifications for RFQ #03-06-1748 for Architectural Services for design of the Denton County Administration facility(s) on Loop 288 and Morse Street; appointment of the Evaluation Committee.

C) Discussion of purchase of 48 month Term Rental through TBPC with Pitney Bowes, Inc. for a DM 1000 Mail Processor.

2. BUDGET

A) Discussion of Budget Amendment Request #101150 for Computers including the transfer of funds from D.A. Chapter 59 Fund Unappropriated Contingency for D.A. Chapter 59 Fund in the amount of $4,995 including the approval of trade-in of old poster printer.

3. PUBLIC WORKS

A) Discussion regarding ongoing, planned, and proposed county and state transportation projects: Denton County’s Better Safer Roads Program, and the modification of the Denton County Master Thoroughfare Plan, and updates related to the Denton County Transportation Authority.

4. OTHER DEPARTMENTS

A) Discussion of Denton County Boards and Committees.

B) Discussion regarding project development, construction progress and change orders to Denton County Building Projects.-Facilities

C) Discussion of a Library Funding Policy.-County Judge

5. LEGAL

A) Discussion of revisions to the Denton County Building Usage Policy.

B) Discussion of the designation of R. Matthew Graham, Civil Attorney II, in the Office of the Criminal District Attorney, Civil Division, as Public Information Officer for Denton County, except as otherwise indicated by Denton County Elected Officials.
