A) Discussion of rejection of all bids for HVAC Replacement and Repair-Denton County Sheriff’s Office Facilities, Bid #12-05-1740.

B) Discussion of specifications and authority to advertise for HVAC Replacement –Denton County Sheriff’s Office Facilities, Bid #04-06-1757.

C) Discussion to declare two Hemoglobin Analyzers, and two Glucose Analyzers as surplus and use as trade-in toward the purchase of two new HB201 Hemoglobin Analyzers, and two new GL201 Glucose Analyzers for the Health Department.

2. BUDGET

A) Discussion of Budget Amendment Request #101030 for Contract Labor for Print/Mail Department in the amount of $2,700.

B) Discussion of Budget Amendment Request #101010 for Cars/Small Trucks for Sheriff’s Department in the amount of $21,392.

F) Discussion of using the Denton County Fire Fighters Memorial Park on June 17, 2006 fro 8:00 am until 2:00 pm for the 2006 Denton County Fruit, Vegetable, Herb, and Flower Show.-Texas Cooperative Extension
