B) Discussion of renewal of contract for Janitorial Supplies, Bid #02-05-1664, to Eagle Brush & Chemical (Section 1), and Guest Products (Section 2).

C) Discussion of renewal for Moving Services-Election Supplies, Bid #03-04-1601, to Duryea Moving and Storage, Inc.

D) Discussion of specifications and authority to advertise for Janitorial Supply, Bid #03-06-1751 Section 1 & 2.

E) Discussion of specifications and authority to advertise for Road Signs, Bid #04-06-1752.

2. BUDGET

A) Discussion of Budget Amendment Request #100930 for Cars/Small Trucks for County Jail in the amount of $8,630.

B) Discussion of Budget Amendment Request #100940 for Comprehensive General Liability including the transfer of funds from Non-Departmental Unappropriated Insurance Contingency for Non-Departmental in the amount of $1,014.

C) Discussion of Budget Amendment Request #100950 for transfer of funds from DA Chapter 59 Fund for District Attorney Hot Check Fund in the amount of $100,000 to offset declining revenues. This budget amendment is submitted for recording purposes only.

3. HEALTH

A) Discussion of a 4 month extension of the Cities Readiness Initiative Grant with the Texas Department of State Health Services.

4. PUBLIC WORKS

A) Discussion regarding ongoing, planned, and proposed county and state transportation projects: Denton County’s Better Safer Roads Program, and the modification of the Denton County Master Thoroughfare Plan, and updates related to the Denton County Transportation Authority.

B) Discussion regarding project development, construction progress and change orders to Denton County Building Projects.-Facilities

6. LEGAL

A) Discussion of the Interlocal Cooperation Agreement for Ambulance Services between Denton County, Texas and the Town of Westlake.

B) Discussion of Supplemental Agreement #1 between Denton County and Engineer, Halff Associates Inc., for Engineering Services to increase their current Professional Services contract from $200,000.00 to $300,000.00, for the SH 121 Project, from the West of Denton Tap Road to East of IH 35E, with funding to be reimbursed under the Local Project Advanced Funding Agreement with the Texas Department of Transportation for this Project which is located in Denton County Commissioner Precinct #3.

C) Discussion of Supplemental Agreement #2 between Denton County and Engineer, Carter & Burgess, Inc., for Engineering Services to increase their current Professional Services Contract from $302,400.00 to $371,400.00 for Boyd Road Project, from the South property line of the Wynnwood Peninsula Tract East to FM 423, including the transition East of FM 423 to Lebanon Road, with funding to come from the Better, Safer Roads Program (Auditor #71-7456-90-10), in Denton County Commissioner Precinct #2.

D) Discussion of Amendment #1 to the Local Project Advance Funding Agreement for SH 121 from East of MacArthur to East of IH 35E in Denton County, Texas located in Commissioner Precinct #3.
