D) Approval of the Amended Agreement for Installation and Maintenance of Enhanced 9-1-1 Service between Denton County, Texas and 9-1-1 ETC, Incorporated, a Washington corporation, and any appropriate action.
E) Approval of a professional services contract between Denton County, Texas, and Carter and Burgess, Inc., for Construction Management Services on Lebanon Road from the South property line of the Wynnwood Peninsula Project, East to the transition East of F.M. 423 (approximately 650 feet East of the intersection of Lebanon Road and F.M. 423) in the City of The Colony, Denton County, Texas; the amount of the contract is $230,000.00 with funding to come from the Lebanon/Boyd Road Project in Denton County Commissioner Precinct #2, Auditor #7456, and any appropriate action.

The Commissioners Court reserves the right to exercise its discretion and may convene in executive session as authorized by the Texas Government Code §551.071, et seq. on any of the agenda items.
