A) Discussion of specifications and authority to advertise for Carpet Replacement at Denton County Courts Building, Bid #03-06-1746.
B) Discussion of specifications and authority to advertise for Tax Statement Preparation/Mailing Service, RFP #03-06-1747.
2. BUDGET
A) Discussion of Budget Amendment Request #100890 to increase revenues and allocate State Training Fees and prior year expenditures for Criminal District Attorney, Constable Precincts 1-6, and Department of Emergency Services in the amount of $38,971.
B) Discussion of Budget Amendment Request #100910 for Computer Supplies and Computers for County Clerk Records Management in the amount of $2,962.
C) Discussion of Budget Amendment Request #100920 for Computer Software for Computer Software for County-Wide Technology in the amount of $1,890.
3. HUMAN RESOURCES
A) Discussion of revisions to Personnel Policy #2.14-Drug and Alcohol Policy for Employees.

6. LEGAL
A) Discussion of the Amended Agreement for Installation and Maintenance of Enhanced 9-1-1 Service between Denton County, Texas and 9-1-1 ETC. Incorporated, a Washington corporation.
B) Discussion of a professional services contract between Denton County, Texas, and Carter and Burgess, Inc., for Construction Management Services on Lebanon Road from the South property line of the Wynnwood Peninsula Project, East to the transition of FM 423 (approximately 650 feet east of the intersection of Lebanon Road and FM 423) in the City of The Colony, Denton County, Texas. The amount of the contract is $230,000.00, with funding to come from the Lebanon/Boyd Road Project in Denton County Commissioner Precinct #2, Auditor #7456.
