B) Approval of 1) the rescission of the Interlocal Cooperation Agreement approved on January 31, 2006, under Court Order No. 06-0087 for reimbursement of $3,890,000.00 to the City of Lewisville pursuit to MOU between Denton County and various cities participating in the funding of the improvements of SH 121 executed on March 24, 2005, and 2) approval of the ICA with the City of Lewisville approved by the City of Lewisville on February 6, 2006, for reimbursement of $3,890,000.00 to the City of Lewisville pursuit to the MOU between Denton County and the various cities participating in the funding of the improvements of SH 121, and any appropriate action.
C) Approval of renewal of the Interlocal Cooperation Agreement for Juvenile Post-Adjudication Facility between Denton County and McLennan County, and any appropriate action.
D) Approval of renewal of the Interlocal Cooperation Agreement for Juvenile Pre-Adjudication Facility between Denton County and McLennan County, and any appropriate action.
E) Approval and acceptance, of the Oath of Office and Official Bond of the County Election Administrator, and any appropriate action.
