A) Discussion of the 2005 Denton County Comprehensive Annual Financial Report, Independent Auditor’s Reports, and Management Letter.

2. PURCHASING

A) Discussion of renewal of bid for Surface Aggregate (Type D, Grade 3 & 4), Bid #04-05-1683, to DFW Materials.

B) Discussion of the use of excess FY 2004 Tax Notes to repair the overhead door at the 9076 Teasley Lane facility at a cost of $1,372.50.

C) Discussion of renewal of contract for bid for Exterior Lighting Maintenance Agreement, Bid #02-05-1662, to Design Electric.

B) Discussion of Change Order #1 in the amount of $6,466.10 to be funded from the Precinct 1, TRIP 04 Discretionary Funds for Reynolds Asphalt and Construction.
