1. AUDITOR
A) Discussion of an Order Approving Denton County’s Quarterly Investment Report for the Period Ended 12/31/2005.
2. PURCHASING
A) Discussion of a report on proceeds from Surplus On-Line Auction Sale #11-05-1738 held in January 2006.
B) Discussion of award of bid for the Lewisville Lake Corridor Project, Section I, Bid #12-04-1646, to L.H. Lacey Company for $4,460,318.90 from the 2005 issue of the 91 Road Bond Projects fund and the 2005 issue of the TRIP Project fund.
C) Discussion of award for Microwave Radio System, RFP #10-05-11731; authorization to proceed with the contracting for Phase I and II.
3. BUDGET
A) Discussion of Budget Amendment Request #100580 for Office Supplies and Training and Education for Crisis Counseling Program Grant in the amount of $8,526.
B) Discussion of Budget Amendment Request #100640 for Architect Fees for Denton County Courts Building in the amount of $44,000.
C) Discussion of Budget Amendment Request #100590 for prior year purchases for Security Services for Courthouse Security in the amount of $16,246.
D) Discussion of Budget Amendment Request #100600 for Tax Statements including the transfer of $1,111 from Non-Departmental Unappropriated Regular Contingency for Tax Assessor/Collector for a total amendment of $5,751.
E) Discussion of Budget Amendment Request #100610 to increase revenues and transfer funds to the 2004 Tax Notes Fund in the amount of $11,250.
F) Discussion of Budget Amendment Request #100620 to increase revenues and allocate expenditures for Salary, Assistants/benefits for Juvenile Child Abuse Prosecution Grant in the amount of $55,157.
G) Discussion of Budget Amendment Request #100630 for prior year purchases for Operating Supplies for Constable, Precinct #6 in the amount of $357.
4. HUMAN RESOURCES
A) Discussion of setting the salary of the Associate Judge based on the salary of the Presiding Judge at ninety percent (90%).
5. PUBLIC WORKS
A) Discussion regarding ongoing, planned, and proposed county and state transportation projects: Denton County’s Better Safer Roads Program, and the modification of the Denton County Master Thoroughfare Plan, and updates related to the Denton County Transportation Authority.
6. OTHER DEPARTMENTS
A) Discussion of Denton County Boards and Committees.
B) Discussion regarding project development, construction progress and change orders to Denton County Building Projects.-Facilities
C) Discussion of building usage request from Hunter’s Creek Homeowners Association for use of the Sandy Jacobs Government Center Community Room from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm on March 22, 2006 for the purpose of an Annual Homeowners Meeting.-Aide to the Court
D) Discussion of the final cost sheet for the Communications Tower Project along with deposit of funds pursuant to section 4 of the Interlocal Agreement . Precinct 1

7. LEGAL
A) Discussion of 1) the Contract for Purchase of Right-of-Way between Denton County and Margaret K. Schluter for the purchase of real property for the FM 1173 Project, 2) authorization to proceed with the closing and approval for the County Judge to sign all necessary closing documents to purchase the Right-of-Way from Margaret K. Schluter and 3) direction to the County Auditor to issue a warrant in the amount of the purchase price plus any fees for the purchase of the real property from Margaret K. Schluter with funding to come from the FM 1173 Project.
B) Discussion of the Interlocal Cooperation Agreement for Ambulance Services between Denton County, Texas and the Town of Little Elm.
C) Discussion of the Interlocal Cooperation Agreement for Fire Protection Services between Denton County, Texas and the Town of Flower Mound.
D) Discussion of the Interlocal Agreement for Professional Service between the Counties of Tarrant, Dallas, Denton, and the City of Frisco and the North Texas Tollway Authority (NTTA), as members of the Public Employee Benefit Cooperative of North Texas, with the North Central Council of Governments (NCTCOG).
E) Discussion of the Interlocal Cooperation Agreement for Denton County to provide microwave system services to DENCO Area 9-1-1 District.
