2. BUDGET

A) Discussion of setting the county salary supplement for District Court Judges to comply with HB 11 from $9300 to $7500 per year effective December 1, 2005 and to set the salary of the
Statutory County Court and Probate Court Judge’s salaries at the maximum of $132,500 and discussion of Budget Amendment Request #100240 including the transfer from Non-Departmental Unappropriated Contingency Judge’s Salary Contingency for the various County Courts in the amount of $168,864.

3. HUMAN RESOURCES

A) Discussion of job descriptions and rankings for the Mental Health Team Coordinator, Assistant Mental Health Team Coordinator, Mental Health Advisor and Crisis Counselor/Outreach Worker in the Crisis Grant in the Health Department.

4. HEALTH

A) Discussion of a contract enabling DCHD to administer a FEMA grant program, through the Department of State Health Services, designed to provide mental health assistance to Hurricane Katrina victims.

5. PUBLIC WORKS

A) Discussion regarding ongoing, planned, and proposed county and state transportation projects: Denton County’s Better Safer Roads Program, and the modification of the Denton County Master Thoroughfare Plan, and updates related to the Denton County Transportation Authority.
